Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Locations
FIX PP currently ships orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹40 will apply.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for orders is typically 5-6 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or delays with the courier service.

Order Tracking
Yes, we provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our delivery partner’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, there are no shipping restrictions. We deliver to all locations across India.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges if the seal on the product is broken at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us immediately at support@fixpp.com with your order details and a photo of the package. We will arrange for an exchange of the product.
